Destiny players can now move items to and from the vault using the game’s mobile app following the 1.1.1 update.
As well as introducing many interface changes and weapon balancing tweaks, this useful new management implementation allows players to send items either from their Guardian’s inventory to the vault or vice versa.
The new addition wasn’t mentioned in the official patch notes, but was spotted by Reddit users. VideoGamer has tested the new feature on iPhone and can confirm it’s even possible to remove items from the Guardian currently in use and place them in the vault.
Players can also move stacks of resources into the vault. For example, players who have 50 Hadronic Essence can choose to place half into the vault and transfer it to another Guardian.
This is a great new feature that should make Destiny player management much less time consuming.
