Bungie has revealed a brief teaser trailer for Destiny 2's Warmind expansion, confirming more details will be shown in a dedicated live stream event this evening.

The event will kick off at 6.00pm BST and will touch on three specific areas of the expansion, including details on the new Exotic weapons and Crucible upgrades that will be dropping with the DLC early next month. Members of the development team will be popping by to talk fans through everything, so it's probably worth tuning in for anyone with a remote interest in Destiny 2.

Warmind is the second major expansion for Bungie's sprawling alien-blasting sequel, and takes place on Mars, one of the primary locations of the original game. You can check out the teaser trailer below, which offers a glimpse at the new location plus what appears to be the return of the fan-favourite Suros Regime automatic rifle.

You'll be able to pick up Warmind on May 8 alongside yet another major Destiny 2 update. Check out Bungie's latest roadmap plans to see what's in store for the shooter for the remainder of the year.
