Bungie will be supplementing its Engram-grinding shooter Destiny 2 with a brand new raid activity next week alongside the launch the Warmind expansion.

Spire of Stars will be rolling out from Friday, May 11 for Guardians, just a few days after the Warmind DLC drops on May 8. The new lair will offer condensed missions that take place within the confines of Calus' Leviathan stronghold.

Warmind of course is the next big thing for the shared-world shooter, offering a heap of new story missions, weapons, gear, and comes alongside a fresh update that will introduce a variety of Crucible-specific changes to the game.

Bungie's been committed to improving Destiny 2 for some time now, and part of that involves hiring a YouTube star as a gameplay specialist to polish things up. The game's roadmap extends to the back half of the year, and includes a new season and a third expansion among other content.

Anyway, don't listen to the naysayers; Destiny 2 is actually a pretty solid shooter, and that was back at launch, so things have only improved a hell of a lot since.
