If you’re taking a break from endlessly mining rock and stone, Deep Rock Galactic publisher Ghost Ship Publishing has a brand-new experience for you: Guntouchables.
Developed by comedic Copenhagen studio Game Swing, this adorable “online co-op doomsday roguelite” is available right now on Steam for no money at all.

Guntouchables is free, and great on Steam Deck
Released today, Guntouchables is completely free on Steam for the day. After today, the game will be priced at a very affordable £4.49, but gamers who jump onto the game’s store page today will be able to nab it completely free.
As a small group of preppers following the apocalypse, you’ll have to fight through a “hostile and aggressively-evolving horde of mutants” as you protect your home, complete mission objectives and earn powerful upgrades.
As you beat each wave, you and your teammates will have to vote on what mutations and abilities will strengthen your foes. Of course, there’s also perks and other goodies available for you and your friends, making the game an endlessly evolving roguelike that you can play forever… or just for a while.
In our testing, Guntouchables is also amazing on Steam Deck with a solid frame rate, cute and simple visuals and controller support. Either laying in bed on your lonesome or docked and playing with friends, the game runs well and plays well and – most importantly – is completely free.
For players who nab the game for free and then wish to support the developers afterwards, Guntouchables also has a Supporter Pack DLC. This addon gives players exclusive Gala outfits for every character, a supporter badge on the main menu and “eternal gratitude and heartfelt thanks”.
As it stands, Guntouchables is definitely worth a look if you’re wanting a new, meaty roguelike to play through. Let’s be honest, that’s exactly the type of game we all play on our Steam Decks. (That and Halo: The Master Chief Collection.)
