Dead Rising 3 will boast over three times as many zombies as Dead Rising 2 Capcom executive producer Josh Bridge has told VideoGamer.com.
Making the technical leap that would be expected with the Xbox One, it will also allow you to use Kinect’s voice functionality to actually shout at zombies through the device to attract their attention.
In slightly more upsetting news, Bridge also said Dead Rising 3 would be “a much grittier game”, and that the humour often found in previous iterations would “be up for the player to find.”
Describing it as trying to find amusement even though the game isn’t aware you’re making fun of it does seem to insinuate that the tongue-in-cheek nature has been replaced with a more serious tone.
