Is this the most expensive Season Pass yet? Dead or Alive 5: Last Round’s New Costume Pass is available to download now from the Xbox One store – for the eyebrow-raising price of $92.99.
While a UK price has yet to be confirmed, the high price suggests it could cost around £60 on these shores, far higher than the average price of a Season Pass.
So, what do you get for your money? Well, according to the description, you’ll be able to download 78 new costumes due to release between now and June, including a series of ‘Ninja Clan’ outfits, the Senran Kagura Pack and other unnamed costume packs.
An ‘Angelic Maid’ outfit for Marie Rose is also being made available as an exclusive to those who purchase the pass.
The Costume Pass doesn’t, however, offer access to every costume pack available for Last Round, with a range of pre-order bonuses left out.
Nor does it include access to Last Round’s Day One DLC which, just like the Costume Pass, is also available in a $92.99 pack.
The $92.99 ‘Ultimate Content Set’ features a range of 237 items originally released for Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate, including ‘Police’, ‘Sexy Bunny’, ‘Bathtime & Bedtime’ packs and more.
It was reported earlier today that the Xbox One version of Dead or Alive 5: Last Round suffered from serious crashing. Tecmo has yet to provide details on a fix.
Dead or Alive 5: Last Round launches in the UK this Friday on PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS3. A PC release is due to follow next year.
