The promised Dead Island Bloodbath Arena DLC has been delayed in favour of the team at Techland working to fix up the many problems which still remain in the main game.
A message on the official Dead Island Facebook page read: “We are working hard to make the Bloodbath Arena DLC available as soon as possible. However, due to further polishing of the main game the finalisation of the DLC code has been delayed.
“We know that many fans are eagerly waiting for it and apologise for any inconvenience. We expect to announce a release update next week.”
Dead Island wasn’t quite a diamond in the rough, but did have glimpses of being a good game. Not that consumers seemed to care as the game stormed to two million sales in no time.
