Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition release date and expected price
Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition releases on December 5 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game will arrive in both physical and digital versions. While this hasn’t been confirmed, we expect it to retail at $59.99. This is based on how games have priced these editions in the past after their respective launches. An official tweet has confirmed the existence of this edition.
Understandably, this edition isn’t called the Game of the Year Edition. But now that the game’s buggy launch and incomplete feature list have been padded with some fresh upgrades, it’s the perfect opportunity to purchase Cyberpunk 2077 along with Phantom Liberty. Meeting Keanu Reeves and Idris Elba in the gritty neon underbelly of Night City is well worth your time.
The redemption arc took a while to arrive for CDPR. Quest director Paweł Sasko noted that “In a way, if you fail the only thing that matters is how you’ll be remembered afterwards. Will you just get up and keep going? We kept going, and we managed to make it and I’m honestly so proud of this team and community.”
Does Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition include Phantom Liberty
Called the Ultimate Edition, this version gives players an opportunity to purchase a digital or physical copy of the base game in addition to the Phantom Liberty expansion. It remains to be seen if this edition also offers extra bonuses like secret content or behind-the-scenes information. Even without that, it’s got a solid value proposition. And with multiple endings to figure out, there’s a ton of things to do in Night City, even in the base game.
Will Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition release on PS4 and Xbox One
Since Phantom Liberty and Cyberpunk 2.0 are exclusive to current-gen consoles, Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition will not be available to purchase for the aging PS4 and Xbox One systems.
