Final Fantasy XIII promises to offer a hefty chunk of RPG gaming, but according to the game’s art director, Isamu Kamikokuryou, so many locations were cut from the game that the discarded content could make an all-new game.
All this content was actually running on development hardware, but ended up being cut in order to ensure the final game remained balanced.
Final Fantasy XIII is scheduled for release on March 9 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
