After much teasing and hint dropping, Realtime Worlds has released a mass of new info on the upcoming Crackdown downloadable content – there’s a lot of it.
Team Xbox reports that there will be a mix of free and premium content, although the best stuff does appear to fall in the premium category. The free stuff includes an option to reset the gangs and a new ground strike move for your agent.
The premium content is where it’s at though. We promised three new vehicles including the Agent Patrol Buggy, Agency Pursuit Vehicle and the Agency Armoured Vehicle.
There’s a also five new weapons and equipment on the way such as the multi-rocket firing MSK Lobber, the HRX Harpoon gun and a Mini-Gun. Another cool addition is the VS1 Cloaking Device which renders the player barely visible and off radar.
Premium content also includes several new game types including street racing, rooftop races and multiplayer checkpoint races.
The content will be available today with gamers having to part with 800 Microsoft Points for the good stuff.
