Publisher Activision has found itself in the firing line of Courtney Love, the widow of Kurt Cobain, who has threatened to sue the video games creator over the inclusion of Cobain in Guitar Hero 5.
Posting on her Twitter account, Love wrote:
“For the record this Guitar Hero s*** is breach of contract on a Bullys part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction”
“WE are going to sue the s*** out of ACtivision we being the Trust the Estate the LLC the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises,” added Love.
Guitar Hero 5 is out in the UK on Friday.
