The Conduit isn’t even out yet, but that hasn’t stopped High Voltage from getting Wii-owners excited about its next game. Chief creative officer Eric Nofsinger has told VideoGamer.com that it’s prepared to go even further than The Conduit with its future titles.

Sci-Fi FPS The Conduit is being developed from the ground up for the Wii, and aims to provide a graphical quality on a par with first-person shooters on the Xbox 360 and PS3.

Earlier this week High Voltage announced that its next game will be playable at E3 next month. Nofsinger said at the time: “I won’t say much about our new property until we unveil it at E3, but I can guarantee that we are continuing to push our technology to the absolute limit in order to deliver experiences that are beyond jaw-dropping.”

Speaking to VideoGamer.com, Nofsinger said: “The Conduit will show well, up against any other Wii title, but the games that will be coming from here on out will be even more impressive.

“I think we’ve made a new standard for many publishers and developers, and hopefully if consumers get out and support it we’ll see a lot more publishers and developers trying to the same. But I will say that with our future games we’re prepared to go much further.”

Nofsinger’s words are sure to please Wii-owners who are looking forward to getting their grubby mits on The Conduit, a game that’s garnered a great deal of hype over its graphical fidelity. Nofsinger’s comments suggest the game it’s readying to show at E3 will look even better.

The Conduit is scheduled for release in Europe on June 26.
