According to Call of Duty: World at War executive producer Daniel Suarez, upcoming DLC for the blockbuster title will be different to what we’ve seen delivered for Call of Duty 4.
“We want to do at least – the hope is – potentially two, maybe three packs out before we’re all said and done,” Suarez told MTV Multiplayer. “It’s not going to be what we’ve done traditionally. I’ll leave it a little bit mysterious.”
Suarez said that we can expect an announcement relating to DLC early in 2009.
If it’s not traditional DLC then we assume that rules out multiplayer map packs; Perhaps Treyarch will be offering new game types such as the great zombie mode or possibly even new cooperative missions.
