A world exclusive gameplay trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will air during the advert break of tonight’s Montenegro vs. England European Championship qualifier.
The new footage goes live at 9pm UK time on Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 1 HD. Once aired, the trailer will hit the internet for non-football types to enjoy, too.
Despite being part of a $200 million marketing campaign, Modern Warfare 3 is already destined to be one of the most profitable games of the year, with a recent Neilsen report earmarking it as the ‘most coveted’ game of the holiday season in the US.
Modern Warfare 3 is due for release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and Wii on November 8.
