Eutechnyx has announced the list of cars that will be available in the Closed Beta Test for online PC racer Auto Club Revolution. The cars include the likes of the Bugatti Veyron and the 2006 Pagani Zonda F.

The cars announced, and which will be available in the Closed Beta are: 2005 Bugatti EB16/4 Veyron, 1993 McLaren F1, 2006 Koenigsegg CCX, 2006 Pagani Zonda F, 2008 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1, 2008 BMW M3 Coupe (E92), 2008 Lotus Elise SC, 2008 Mazda RX-8 Type RS, 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X FQ400, 2008 Nissan GTR, 2008 Mini John Cooper Works, 2006 Volkwagen Golf R32, 2008 BMW 135i, 2008 Vauxhall Astra VXR Nürburgring and 2009 Volkswagen Scirocco R.

“This first batch of cars is the very tip of the iceberg in terms of automotive content for Auto Club Revolution,” said Eutechnyx COO Darren Jobling. “The free-to-play and online nature of our game means we are able to quickly add new batches of cars we have created on a regular basis.”

According to Eutechnyx, “Auto Club Revolution employs the highly detailed ‘simulation racing’ physics model developed by Eutechnyx and used across a range of published console game titles” and the “advanced racing physics model allows for thousands of parameters to physically describe a single car”.

It all sounds impressive, but you can see if all of this counts for anything when the Auto Club Revolution Closed Beta begins in July 2011. Head over to the official website for details on how to sign up.
