Far Cry 3 looks set to rival the best looking games of 2012, with the PC game sure to boast vastly superior visuals than its console counterparts. However, according to Ubisoft’s newly released system specifications, you’ll need quite a costly setup to get the most from the FPS sequel.

In addition, Ubisoft confirmed Far Cary 3 on PC will require a one-time activation via Uplay. Once activated the game can be played online, or switched to offline mode in the Uplay settings for a single player experience without a broadband connection.

Far Cry 3 will be released November 30 on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
