Activision has announced that Call of Duty: WWII’s first major slice of downloadable content, The Resistance, will roll out for PC and Xbox One on March 1.

The DLC arrived on PS4 first back in January as part of the publishing giant’s ongoing timed-exclusivity contract with Sony. It’s essentially the same sort of deal that Microsoft enjoyed during the last console generation, whereby any CoD expansions arrive on one format 30 days early.

The Resistance introduces plenty of new content for the critically acclaimed shooter, including three new maps, the Nazi Zombies-themed Darkest Hour, and the new War Mode map Operation Intercept.

Call of Duty: WWII was released in November for PS4, PC, and Xbox One, and got off to a flying start with over half a billion dollars generated during its first weekend alone. Developer Sledgehammer Games recently confirmed that its founders are jumping ship to take up new executive positions at Activision HQ.

Treyarch will be at the helm of this year’s entry in the first-person shooter franchise, which is heavily rumoured to be a sequel to Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.Â
