The Call of Duty: WWII multiplayer beta begins later on this month and Activision has announced that participants in the beta will get an exclusive in-game reward for taking part. The MP Private Beta Combat Pack includes a helmet, calling card, and an emblem to show all your online friends that you’d played the beta. Think of it as a digital cool badge.

Activision clarified that the in-game rewards won’t be given out straight away, and will actually be available when the game releases officially on November 3.

This is the second reward Activision has announced for pre-ordering Call of Duty: WWII. Back in July it revealed that pre-orders would get an animated Nazi Zombies weapon camo, which looks like a prop out straight out of the Avengers universe.

The beta begins on August 25 for those who’ve pre-ordered the game on PS4. Call of Duty: World War II is due for release on November 3 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Those who pre-order will gain access to a beta, which comes to PS4 first on August 25 and Xbox One on September 1.
