Activision, as part of its Call of Duty XP event in Los Angeles, has announced the final list of fifteen perks available in Modern Warfare 3.
Perks in Modern Warfare 3 follow a similar format to Modern Warfare 2 and Black Ops – you can select three perks, separated into a trio of tiers, and each perk can be individually upgraded to a Pro version by fulfilling specific criteria.
Some of the returning perks include Sleight of Hand, Scavenger, and Hardline. The list is home to some new perks, however, such as Assassin and Dead Silence – VideoGamer.com will be able to provide more details of the new perks tomorrow in its hands-on preview of Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer.

At Call of Duty XP this weekend Activision also confirmed that an annual Call of Duty: XP subscription will cost $49.99.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be released for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC on November 8.
