The Xbox 360 version of Call of Duty: Ghosts will only include support for 12 players online, a leaked image of the game’s box has revealed.

Posted by charlieintel.com, the box reveals that the Xbox 360 version – and presumably PS3 version – has seen a significant reduction in player count. Previous Call of Duty titles allowed for 18 players online simultaneously.

The 12-player limit is also noted on the game’s Xbox.com profile.

The next-generation and PC versions are still expected to allow for 18 players online.

The leaked shot also reveals that the Xbox 360 version requires a mandatory 3GB installation, with reports suggesting that the game may ship on two discs.

Call of Duty: Ghosts launches on all formats – including PlayStation 4 and Xbox One – next Tuesday, November 5.
