Flash Gordon legend Brian Blessed is one of a number of celebrities appearing in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's upcoming Dead of the Night DLC, Activision has confirmed.

The Zombies-themed content will also feature the likes of Charles Dance (who I know as a Bond baddie in For Your Eyes Only, not Game of Thrones like most people), Kiefer Sunderland (24), and Helena Bonham Carter (Harry Potter). Call of Duty is known for hiring celebs; Sarah Michelle Gellar and Robert Englund appeared in the original Call of Duty: Black Ops, for example.

Dead of the Night takes place in 1912, and adds a bunch of supernatural creatures into the mix, such as vampires and werewolves. It comes as part of Black Ops 4's Battle Pass.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 was released in October for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One, and Josh thought it was a solid shooter despite the lack of a traditional campaign. Activision is flogging a new version of the game that eschews the Zombies mode if you're not too fussed about that.
