Brutal Legend will be released for PC on February 26, around three and a half years after the console version hit stores, Double Fine Productions has announced.
“Adding a PC release to Brutal Legend’s list of conquests risks raising the world’s ambient Metal saturation to dangerously high levels,” said Double Fine president Tim Schafer.
The PC version boasts a host of graphical improvements over the console editions, notably higher quality anti-aliasing, screen-space ambient occlusion, uncapped framerate, and an increased draw distance.
Pre-order the game from Steam and you not only get a 25 per cent discount on the release day price, but also immediate access to a multiplayer beta. All pre-order customers will also receive two exclusive Team Fortress 2 items, Eddie Riggs’ hair and his guitar Clementine.
