Blizzard has confirmed it is offering refunds to certain Diablo III players in South Korea following persistent problems with the game’s servers.
A message posted on the Diablo III website said that players who are less than Level 40 can apply for a refund from June 25 to July 3. Blizzard is also accepting returns from any players under Level 20 within 14 days of purchase from now onwards.
Blizzard’s decision to backtrack on its earlier stance not to offer refunds comes three weeks after South Korea’s Fair Trade Commission launched an investigation into the video games creator, raiding its Seoul office.
Blizzard has to offer any indication that it will be offering refunds in the UK.
