Blizzard has launched its official BlizzCon community site devoted to this year’s upcoming BlizzCon gathering.

The site will provide information about the convention, tournament updates, as well as a community forum.

Recently it was announced that BlizzCon 2011 will feature e-Sports competitions, holding both the 2011 Global Battle.net Invitational and the 2011 Global StarCraft 2 League e-Sports competitions. Video streams of the competitions can be accessed for free by battle.net users at the official BlizzCon website.

BlizzCon 2011 will take place October 21-22.
