Free-to-play competitive first-person shooter Blacklight: Retribution has been confirmed for release on PlayStation 4 as part of Sony’s efforts to nurture indie development on the platform.
The futuristic shooter offers players the chance to wage war with advanced weapons and technology. Deploy armoured exoskeletons and utilise lethal hand-held weapons in vicious competitive modes.
Blacklight Retribution has recently been expanded on PC with Onslaught, a four-player co-op mode that finds agents joining forces to survive the zombie apocalypse as they battle waves of bloodthirsty infected. We assume this mode will also be available on PS4.
Blacklight’s PS4 reveal follows announcements for The Witness and Primal Carnage: Genesis.
