Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 for Wii U has been updated with a new patch which addresses a number of Wii U specific issues.

Feature changes include making the globe heatmap visible on the GamePad screen while in the multiplayer menu, and improvements to the accuracy of Theatre replays when following weapons in ADS.

There are also a number of Wii Remote changes, such as having to press forward and hold A to mantle, and a small increase to aim assist snap strength.

Wii U bug fixes include:

  • Fixed a case where the player was unable to skip killcams
  • Fixed an issue with certain button layouts that prevented the player from canceling a Tactical Insert respawn.
  • Resolved an issue where the player could control Floating scope position during killcam and spectator cams.

In addition there’s a host of tweaks and fixes which aren’t specific to the Wii U version, details of which can be found in the patch notes.
