If you are about to play Black & White 2 we strongly advise you hold on and download the patch first. The patch not only fixes a few issues with the game and tweaks the game balance, but also makes all previous game saves unusable. For those who have already put in three solid days of gaming, you have two choices: keep playing with the old version or start all over again once the patch is installed.
You can download all 106mb of the patch directly from EA servers here. Included in the download is a ReadMe telling you exactly what changes the patch will make to the game
