BioWare’s Daniel Erickson has explained how the firm is doing all it can to increase the concurrent user numbers during peak times, stating that this lack of server population is the reason why subscriber numbers were thought to have dropped.

According to Erickson subs haven’t dropped, but concurrent users at peak times have – this is something BioWare is doing “anything and everything” to sort out. “Nothing is off the table when it comes to making sure our communities are strong and active on each server,” he added.

Subscriber numbers might not be falling, but they surely will if the light server populations during peak times isn’t sorted out. Only time will tell if BioWare can turn things around.
