2K Games has today released a new patch for PC and Xbox 360 versions of BioShock, offering a number of bug fixes, game tweaks, new Plasmids and the option to disable Vita Chambers.

New Plasmids include Machine Buster 1 & 2, Vending Expert 1 & 2, Sonic Boom 1 & 2 and EVE Saver. There’s also a new Achievement – complete the game without resurrecting (Vita Chambers can be on or off) to gain the Brass Balls Achievement and 100 gamerpoints.

The Xbox 360 update will prompt users to auto download and install, while the PC update is available over on the game’s official website. To get hold of the new DLC you’ll need to download the content from Marketplace. A full list of changes can also been seen here.
