MapleStory Europe, the free-to-play MMOROG, begins the new year with a big update including the 4th Job Advancement, a new dungeon and special event.
Starting out as a Beginner, players at MapleStory can choose from various job classes, and advance in their jobs once they level up and meet certain requirements. The 4th Job Advancement is available for Warrior, Magician, Bowman, Thief and Pirate.
Today’s update also brings the new dungeon “Mushroom Kingdom”, in which players receive the mission to stop the wedding of Princess Violetta and to rescue the kingdom from greedy invaders.
Additionally, the update includes the “Artifact Excavation Hunt”, a special event which encourages players to collect strange, ancient treasures dropped by monsters which can be turned in for special reward items.
MapleStory Europe launched in May 2007 and has more than 1.6 million registered players.
