Prey 2’s disappearance from Bethesda’s online portfolio is a result of the publisher not being ready to talk about the delayed action game, the firm has told Eurogamer.

“We announced the delay in April, and until we’re ready to talk about the game more, the focus on the site is on our upcoming titles,” explained a spokesperson for Bethesda.

Eurogamer speculates that the game’s removal from the online portfolio suggests a release date some time after The Elder Scrolls Online in 2013, which in turn points to a possible next-generation release.
