A newly remastered expansion pack for Battlezone 98 Redux is available to download now, Rebellion has announced.
The Red Odyssey, which launched for the original version back in 1999, introduces two new single-player campaigns spanning 23 missions along with 30 new vehicles and buildings, all remastered to match this year’s Redux. All in all, Rebellion says that the expansion “offers dozens of hours of new content”.
The DLC is available for £6.99 with a further 15% discount available until July 31, or in a bundle with the original game for £18.99.
Furthermore, in celebration of the expansion’s arrival, five new multiplayer maps are available for free to all Battlezone 98 Redux players, regardless of whether or not they purchase The Red Odyssey.
Battlezone 98 Redux released on PC back in April. A brand new Battlezone game, meanwhile, is scheduled to release on PlayStation VR this October.
