DICE is getting in the spirit of giving by offering up two free weapons for Battlefield V.

The freebies are up for grabs on the PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One versions of the game, so everyone gets a look in no matter what version you own. Just log in between now and January 3, 2019 to claim the goods: the Ribeyrolles 1918 and the M1897 Shotgun.

You can still get them after that date, but they will need to be purchased in the usual manner via Company Coin.

Battlefield V was released on PS4, PC, and Xbox One on November 20, and despite feeling a little buggy and incomplete at launch is well worth picking up. DICE recently backtracked on a contrversial TTK update for the shooter following a ton of backlash from veteran players.

March will see the launch of Battlefield V's own take on the battle royale genre, Firestorm.
