A playable beta of Battlefield Hardline is coming to PlayStation 4, IGN reports.
Download codes for the beta have allegedly already been handed out to those who have confirmed their attendance to one of Sony’s E3 Experience events, where fans can watch the platform holder’s E3 press conference live from a number of cinemas across the US.
The beta is reported to give players access to “two new game modes” on multiplayer map High Tension. It isn’t known whether it will come to other platforms besides PS4.
IGN’s report follows leaked footage of an alleged Battlefield Hardline beta yesterday, offering the first glimpse at the High Tension map.
Battlefield Hardline is expected to be fully revealed during EA’s E3 press conference on Monday, with a launch following this autumn.
