Battlefield 4's first piece of DLC, Battlefield 4: Second Assault, will be available first on Xbox One, EA has announced.

The agreement means that DLC for both Battlefield and Call of Duty will arrive first on Microsoft's platform, although it's not yet known whether the agreement extends beyond Battlefield 4's first expansion pack.

It's also a blow to Sony, which had a timed-exclusivity agreement with EA on Battlefield 3 DLC.

It was revealed earlier today that Battlefield 4 will run at 60 frames per second on Microsoft's console.
