Batman: Arkham City villain Bane has been detailed in the latest Arkham City comic. Chapter 5 explains what Bane has been up to in Arkham City and what he may be doing in the upcoming game.

“Inside Arkham City, entrapped criminals have to find new ways to keep themselves occupied,” reads the description on the Comixology website. “In Bane’s case, he’s biding his time by running an extreme fighting ring. The lack of serious competition leaves him frustrated, until an otherwise lacklustre opponent produces a big surprise. The result may inspire Bane to take on deadlier hobbies.”

The Arkhamcity website also has a few details that should probably be classed as spoilers. Don’t read on if you don’t want to know extra details about the Titan serum and Bane.

  • Titan is very much available in Arkham City, in this case Joker used it on a thug to take out Bane.
  • Bane’s titan had worn off after Arkham Asylum
  • Bane’s old safe house is in Arkham City, allowing him access to his venom.

The Batman: Arkham City Collector’s Edition has recently been revealed, which includes a custom Batman statue produced by Kotobukiya. For more info on the game, check out our Batman: Arkham City preview from E3.
