BAFTA Video Game Awards winners

Yesterday the British Academy of Film and Television Arts announced the winners of the all new British Academy Video Games Awards. The event was hosted by Vernon Kay and, for those desperate to see any form of video games on the TV, you can catch highlights of the show on E4 and Channel 4 in the next few weeks.

Now, on to the winners. Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter took home the coveted ‘Game’ Award as well as the award for Technical Achievement. Another double winner was Sony Computer Entertainment’s Shadow of the Colossus, collecting awards for Artistic Achievement and the best game in the Action and Adventure category.
