Away: The Survival Series was first shown off at last month's PlayStation State of Play event and promised a nature-documentary style adventure where you play as a Sugar Glider. Now developer Breaking Walls has announced you'll be able to take on the mantle of other animals alongside some new gameplay footage.

The footage, which we've embedded below, shows off some of the creatures you'll be able to play as in the game, including frogs, lizards and spiders. There's also a face-off between the Sugar Glider and a nasty looking scorpion.

In addition to this new footage, Breaking Walls has also revealed that the game is aiming for a Q1 2020 release on PlayStation 4 and PC and has launched a Kickstarter to aid development, where it has already at the time of writing managed to obtain £30,000 of its £36,000 goal.
