The first Assassin’s Creed: Revelations DLC, The Ancestors Character Pack, will be released December 13 priced 320 MS Points/$3.99, Ubisoft has announced.

The pack features four new multiplayer characters: the swashbuckling Privateer, the devious siren Corsair, the battle-tested Brigand and the bloodthirsty Gladiator. Each character has unique taunts, weapons and moves.

Ubisoft also mentions a second DLC pack is available to pre-order, but doesn’t offer any details.

The PC version of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations will be released December 2.

VideoGamer.com awarded Revelations a disappointing 7/10, with Chris Schilling concluding that “for the first time, a new Assassin’s Creed game is worse than its predecessor”.

Expect Ubisoft to release a mix of multiplayer and single-player DLC, although it’s safe to assume the bulk of the extra content will focus on maps and characters.
