Assassin’s Creed 3 Price Roundup – Where’s cheapest?

Tesco and Sainsbury’s have both tended to be the cheapest for new releases in recent weeks, but will history repeat itself for Assassin’s Creed III? VideoGamer.com has rounded up a list of confirmed high street and supermarket prices below.

Of the prices confirmed so far, Sainsbury’s appears to be offering the game cheapest, asking £38.99 for the Standard Edition. HMV, however, is running a trade-in promotion offering the game for free when you trade in two selected titles (titles still TBC).

Please note that the prices below apply to the Standard Edition Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions unless otherwise stated.

  • GAME – £39.99 (Standard Edition), £44.99 (Special Edition containing an exclusive single-player mission and exclusive weapon), plus 33% extra trade-in credit on titles traded towards Assassin’s Creed III. Additional 400 Microsoft Points free with Xbox 360 purchase. It’s currently unconfirmed whether PS3 buyers will receive a similar bonus.
