There may only be two weeks left of the year, but Nintendo doesn’t see that as an excuse to take a break on the updates it’s been bringing to puncher Arms on the Nintendo Switch, announcing update 5 will hit ‘within the year’.
Announcing the news on Twitter, the company also takes note to feature a new fighter into the mix with a trailer, but stops short of telling us their name or showing us their face.Â

Previous update 4.1 added Springtron, while Misango came in update 4.0, which would make this the third new roster addition in just over a month. Arms is out now exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
