Now that the Celestial Sunrise Collection Event duration has been released, it seems that Apex will be launching a new limited-time mode called Date Night at some point afterwards. If you’re wondering when exactly it’s going to be released, then you’ve come to the right place.

Here’s all you need to know about the upcoming Date Night LTM.

When is the release of Date Night LTM in Apex Legends?

The Date Night Duos LTM will be launched on February 7 following the conclusion of the Celestial Sunrise Collection Event. It will also be a takeover, which means that regular Duos will temporarily be replaced throughout its duration.

The new limited-time mode includes a few unique mechanics centered around healing. Based on an EA blog post, using any healing item near your partner will also give them the effect of the item you used.

It will also include a limited-time weapon called The Heart Stealer, which is a romantic variant of the Bocek. Using this weapon will heal you for a percentage of the damage that you do. It also has the ability to regenerate your partner’s health if they’re near you.

With the Date Night LTM still a few weeks away, players can still enjoy regular Duos in the meantime. If you prefer playing Trios, however, you’ll surely enjoy Hardcore Royale mode instead, which is available during the Celestial Sunrise Collection Event.

Once February comes around, though, make sure to bring your partner with you for a bit of Date Night action.
