The classic PC game, which has sold more than one million copies across numerous systems since its release in 1991, is being overhauled for a re-release on PC in Q1 2007.

Another World 15th Anniversary Edition will feature newly remixed sounds, a remixed soundtrack, plus high definition visuals up to 2048×1536 resolution. There’ll also be the option to run the game in the original 320×200 resolution.

In Another World players take on the role of Lester Knight Chaykin, a young physicist, who finds himself hurtling though space and time when a nuclear experiment goes wrong. You’ll encounter a host of alien monsters and deadly earthquakes, and only a blend of logic and skill will keep you alive.

Another World 15th Anniversary Edition for PC is scheduled fore release in the UK, Italy, Australia, India, Iceland, and South Africa in Q1 2007. It will be available in the UK at the budget price of £9.99.
