Codemasters has announced the 2009 release of Overlord: Minions, an all-new puzzle action game featuring Gilbert, Blaze, Stench and Zap – en elite Minion crew.
In Overlord Minions the DS stylus becomes an extension of the Overlord’s evil will, directing, commanding and combing Minions in battle, pointing and sweeping them to attack enemies and solving puzzles to execute his dastardly plans.
Commanding the elite Minion crew players will need to take on a huge rang of enemies in order to hunt down the Kindred, a cult dedicated to resurrecting the mighty Dragon Kin, a race of humanoid dragon hybrids which are determined to replace the Overlord.
The DS game promises to focus on the mischievous physical comedy of the Minions and will be presented with stylised carton visuals.
Overlord Minions is scheduled for release in 2009 exclusively for Nintendo DS.
