Nintendo has announced the development of Kirby’s Epic Yarn, an all-new video game starring the loveable pink creation.
A trailer revealed a side-scrolling platformer with a unique hand-made, stitched look. Kirby seems to be able to ride vehicles made out of thread, and at one point he turns into some kind of massive Kirby tank! It brings back memories of Yoshi’s Island. Kirby is able to scrunch up the gameworld, like you would a sheet of paper.
The game comes from the mind of Masahiro Sakurai (Smash Bros,) and is scheduled for release on Wii this autumn.
