It’s good news for all Darwinia fans as a new demo has been released which you are going to want to download. The demo not only features the new icon based control system, but also a brand new scenario not included in the retail game. The demo also includes a full tutorial designed to make the game a little more accessible to newcomers wanting to give Darwinia a try.
A new patch has also been released. Version 1.3 includes a number of improvements and fixes to the full game, but more importantly updates the game to use the new icon based controls. This is enabled by default, but the original gesture controls can be turned back on in the game’s menu.
