The European 3DS firmware update originally planned for November 30 will now be available by December 8, 2011, Nintendo has announced.
News of the firmware’s delayed roll-out follows confirmation from Nintendo of Japan that the update would be released on December 8 in Japan.
Nintendo Europe also confirmed the feature set of the new firmware.
- Record video in 3D – capture up to 10 minutes of 3D video, or even make your own stop-motion animations
- New ways to play using StreetPass Mii Plaza – with new puzzles for Puzzle Swap and new areas in StreetPass Quest!
- The ability to perform a complete system transfer, including downloaded software, between two Nintendo 3DS systems
