SouthPeak has announced that 3D Dot Game Heroes, the retro-styled RPG from Silicon Studio, will be released in PAL territories on May 14, 2010.

Those interested in getting an early look at the title can do so by attending the Midlands MCM Expo on February 20 at the Telford International Centre.

Visitors to the show will have the opportunity to get hands-on time with 3D Dot Game Heroes, trying out a section of the game for the first time ever in Europe.

“The MCM Expo is the perfect place to debut 3D Dot Game Heroes,” said Ed Blincoe, European marketing director, SouthPeak Interactive. “With its retro gaming chic and parodies of classic Japanese RPGs, we’re sure that anime and manga fans in particular – or those who fondly remember the bygone days of video gaming – will be queuing around the booth to be among the first to play it.”
