Infinity Ward community manager Robert Bowling, back on Twitter after a bit of radio silence, has revealed the blockbuster FPS, Modern Warfare 2, has now seen 25 million unique players take part in online multiplayer.
“That’s 25 million unique across all platforms. Most on Xbox 360, then a close 2nd goes to PS3, will millions more on PC,” he tweeted.
Furthermore, Bowling revealed there will be “a lot of Modern Warfare 2 DLC details coming this week,” later confirming that we can expect “exact dates”.
All that’s known is there are at least two DLC packs on the way, the first of which to be offered as a timed exclusive on Xbox 360.
