Where to find and rescue Ratatoskr in Marvel Rivals

Thanks to its exciting gameplay and robust achievement system, Marvel Rivals has players hooked on the grind. Amidst the game’s endless achievements, you’ll find lore-driven missions that go deep into the Marvel universe, providing hints to beloved stories and characters.

Some players fail to notice these subtle easter eggs, such as talking to Bats The Ghost Dog, or destructing environments around them. The game now boosts the ante with new content with the latest Season 1.5 where players are tasked with rescuing Ratatoskr, also known as Rachel Oskar, a monstrous squirrel from Norse mythology who is intertwined with Marvel’s lore as Yggdrasil’s messenger, as revealed during the Midnight Features II event. If you’re looking to rescue her and complete a couple of achievements, here’s how to do it.

Marvel Rivals Ratatoskr location and how to save Rachel Oskar

The new Chronoverse Saga quests have been released in Marvel Rivals and two of those are centered around Ratatoskr. The first one requires you to Rescue Ratatoskr when Eternal Night falls on New York. In order to do so, you need to play a Quick Match – Convoy in the new Central Park map by selecting the Limited-Time game mode from the game selection screen.

Keep in mind, to complete this quest you need to be on the attacker’s side. Once you spawn as an attacker, move towards the attack point and wipe out any enemies nearby. As soon as you are there, look up and you’ll see Ratatoskr with a giant orange tail, chained and captured by Dracula.

To rescue Ratatoskr, all you need to do is capture the point with your teammates on the Central Park map as an attacker and once your capture meter is filled, Ratatoskr will break free and you can now Escort the beast to the finish line.

Now here comes the second achievement which is called Silver Lining. According to the achievement, you need to complete the first trial run of TRD when Eternal Night falls on New York with the help of Ratatoskr.

To complete the Silver Lining achievement, you need to win a Marvel Rivals Quick Match on Central Park by escorting Ratatoskr to the finish line. Once you do that successfully, an animation screen will play with Squirrel Girl riding Ratatoskr and smashing Dracula’s barrier. This will now complete all your Ratatoskr achievements.
